Our LÄM and WÄGYU brands have been carefully formulated to be healthy and safe for you and your family.
Gluten Free
No wheat is used in our products. We use Canadian red lentil flour and pulses, instead of wheat, as a binder in our LÄM and WÄGYU burgers, meatballs and sausages.
Allergen Free
No wheat, soy, egg, milk, mustard, nuts or sesame seeds are used in our products.
No Artificial Preservatives – No Sodium Nitrates
No artificial preservatives or sodium nitrates are used in our products. All RIZ Brand food products are flash frozen immediately after production to maintain our premium quality by locking in freshness and taste and ensuring product safety.
No Artificial Colouring
No artificial colouring or food dyes are used in the production of our food products.
No Artificial Flavours
No artificial chemical flavours are used in our products. The natural flavour of our products is enhanced through the use of certified organic and natural spices and ingredients.
Certified organic and natural ingredients and spices
Certified organic lemon juice and certified organic sugar are used in our products. Natural spices such as salt and pepper are also used to enhance the natural flavour of our products.
Cooking: All of our meatballs are oven cooked.
Our LÄM and WÄGYU meatballs are pre-cooked in an oven and not fried in oil. When compared to purchasing and preparing un-cooked meatballs expected shrink will be 20%-25% when either oven baked or pan fried at home.
Raised Without
The Canadian lamb and wagyu beef used in our products are raised without the use of added hormones and antibiotics to artificially enhance the animal’s natural growth.
