As Executive Chef at SKY Armory, you’ll lead a high-energy banquet kitchen where execution matters, teams matter, and food is a key part of unforgettable events. From weddings and galas to corporate celebrations, you’ll set the culinary vision and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
What you’ll do
Own the culinary execution for all events—from menu creation to final plate
Lead, mentor, and inspire a fast-moving banquet kitchen team
Oversee high-volume service while maintaining quality, timing, and consistency
Collaborate with sales and events teams to create standout guest experiences
Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen systems with confidence
Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
What you bring
Proven leadership experience in banquets, catering, hotels, or event-driven kitchens
Strong organizational skills and calm command during service

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
