Sous Banquet Chef
If you love cooking at scale, thrive on organized chaos, and get a rush from executing flawless events, this role is for you. Sous Chef at SKY Armory, you’ll be the right hand to our Executive and Banquet Chefs—keeping the kitchen sharp, the team motivated, and the food firing flawlessly.
Daily Responsibilities:
What you’ll do
Support the daily kitchen operations for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale celebrations
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation across every event
Assist with prep, execution, and breakdown for high-volume service
Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
What you bring
Experience in banquets, catering, or fast-paced kitchens
Ability to pivot quickly and problem-solve on the fly
Pride in teamwork, execution, and doing things the right way
Flexibility for nights and weekends (events don’t clock out at 5)

Hourly rate: $23-$26
